The darkness of winter invites us to rest and recharge – something we often forget in today’s hectic world. During winter, Koto is nestled in a tranquil forest landscape, offering its guests the chance to immerse themselves in the rhythm of the season.
We offer an extended weekend in January filled with yoga, massages, forest walks, and relaxing sauna sessions. Everything to help you reconnect with yourself and rediscover a state of balance and harmony.
The program is tailored to suit both experienced yogis and beginners. We make sure to give space for of personal time emphasizing that every activity in the program is optional and adaptable to the group’s needs. During the weekend, you’ll stay in either a private or shared room, and we keep the group sizes small.
